The place is hidden behind another building, and to go to the hotel, you need to walk to the back of the alley. It is not scary at night. It was just a bit hard for the Uber driver to locate us. We had to walk a few meters just for the driver to find us and stop to let us in. The location is at the heart of Hsin Chu, next to Train station (not the High-Speed Rail station by the way), easy access to many place.
